New finial made and installed by contractor Kelston Forge of Bath Feb 2019.
Heddon Oak/Stogumber arm is loose. Standard 5/8 BSW grub screw no longer fits-inner thread on arm has been ground out by persons unknown.

This post had to be painted ahead of schedule as volunteers from the Exmoor project were working here off their patch. They were halted from continuing at the primer stage, hence Crowcombe volunteers had to finish their work - completed 29.6.2018.
Other persons unknown have overpainted the mid-spelled name ‘HENDDON’ to read ‘HEDDON’. They have also picked out makers name in white paint.
